A new blogSpirit
blogSpirit has evolved in order to offer you a better service with even more features than before.
Two new offers will replace our former free offer and the "à la carte" services. You might read the full features list and comparison chart of the two offers by clicking here.
blogSpirit's members who already subscribed to the free offer will not be asked to pay anything and will maintain their current service for free.
Among the new features and services:
- Tags (for both Classic and Pro offers): the tags will replace the communities. They will allow you to record your posts in a new way on your blog and they will give you a new powerful tool for promoting your blog's contents on blogSpirit's homepage
- APIs (for both Classic and Pro offers): the APIs are programming interfaces which allow blogSpirit to communicate with other Web services and software. blogSpirit is fully compatible with Metaweblog and Atom 1.0 now.
- Online ticket support (for both Classic and Pro offers): this service will permit you to send questions to our support staff. We guarantee that the answer delay will be kept under the 24 hours, for Pro users.
- Photo album in the post (for both Classic and Pro offers): thanks to a funny and easy-to-use flash presentation, you will be able to promote your photo albums directly from your posts from now on.
- New subscription periods (for both Classic and Pro offers): You might choose to subscribe from a minimum of 3 months up to 1 year, now.
- A new selection of professional templates (Pro offer): following your suggestions, we have created many new templates for you blog: It will also be possible for you to insert your own logo and banner with one click.
- Full blog's export (Pro offer): with this exclusive service offered only to you and only by blogSpirit, you will be able to download your entire blog (posts, comments, pictures, audio files, videos...) and work on it offline or even make a backup copy on a CD-Rom.
- Personalized domain name (Pro offer): you have your own domain name and you wish to give it to your blog? This is possible, now.
- Two new payment tools (Pro offer): you can also choose to pay by check or either by credit transfer for the 1 year subscription to Pro offer, now.
