You must be logged in in order to close comments and/or trackbacks:

If you want to close comments and/or trackbacks on a specific post:

1. Click on the heading Posts and then on All the posts.
2. Identify the post on which you want to operate the change.
3. Click on the link Modify of the corresponding post.
4. Click on the link Advanced settings (comments, trackbacks) at the bottom of the post editor.
5. Select closed for the comments and no for the acceptance of trackbacks in the new window.
6. Click on Save to save and close the window and again on Save to keep this preferences.

If you wish to close comments and/or trackbacks on other posts, simply repeat the above operation for all the posts you like.

If you wish to apply these settings to all the new posts:

# Click on the heading Posts and then on Settings. # Select Closed for Default comments status on Comments settings. You may set the default options for automatic closing of comments too. # Select No for Authorize trackbacks by default on Trackbacks settings # Click on Save in order to save your preferences.
