Every blogger has the responsibility of keeping his own ID and password secret, and is totally responsible for any action made by using his ID, password and account. Users may change their password in the administration area of their blog by clicking on the heading "Account", at any time.

Every content, information, text, image, data, sound or multimedia file published by the user on the platform is private, except when the user decides to share it with other people and/or to make it public and so accessible to every Internet and Web user.

Users guarantee to blogSpirit that they have the necessary rights for the publication and/or the share of the Contents which they insert on the platform of the Service and/or their blogs. By rights, we refer to the rights related to the Code of the Intellectual Property, such as the royalties of reproduction, of diffusion, the trade-mark law… on any existing support or to come.

blogSpirit can never be held liable by a Third when one of its Members does not have all the rights related with the contents published.

blogSpirit's policy aims to protect the privacy of Members.

Each Member has the access to all his personal information and can modify them.

blogSpirit will never give Member's name nor any other useful information to contact the Member to third parts without first informing the Member. blogSpirit and its partners strictly respect the laws on the protection of personal or confidential data.
