Home > Publishing and managing my posts and comments
The heading "All comments" located in the "Posts" category allows you to find all comments or trackbacks published by your readers as an answer to your posts.
Only the last 10 comments or trackbacks are displayed on the screen. You can display more comments by selecting a larger number (or all) in the dropdown menu below the title.
The table displays the following for each comment:
- A T icon or no icon: If a ‘T’ icon is displayed, it means you are dealing with a trackback.
- The comment title: The link gives you a direct access to the post on which the comment has been written.
- The post title (On the post): The post title on which the comment has been written is displayed.
- The author (By): Name or nickname of the author is displayed.
- The date: shows the date on which the comment was created
- The comment status: shows the publication status of the comment.
For each comment, 2 actions are possible:
- Modifying a comment: This link opens a page where you can modify the contents of a comment. Since you are in charge of your blog contents, you should not in any case display illicit contents on your blog.
Searching for a comment or trackback
The second part of the "All comments" page enables you to search for a comment or trackback: by criteria (author's email address, author's name or nickname, author's IP address), by key-word and/or for a given period of time. Enter your search criteria and click on the [Search] button to display all the relevant comments.
The [Reset filter] button enables to reset the display to its initial state.
