The heading New Post

The heading new Post of the page Posts will allow you to write and publish new posts.

In order to publish a new post, you must fill all required fields:

• The title: the title of your post is a required field for publishing your post. The internet address of your post (permalink) will be built upon this title so that you and your readers will find it easy to find the post and refer to it.
• Category: this dropdown menu allows you to Associate_one_or_more_categories_to_a_post.
• The body of the text: the body of the text is the content of your post. With the Pro offer you will have one more field Introduction allowing you to divide your post in two parts, when they are too long. The introduction of the post will be published on your blog's homepage followed by a link Read more to another page of the blog where reader will be ablo to read the rest of the post.
• Post editor: The Post Editor will allow you to give a specific format to your text using bold, italic etc., Add_an_image_to_your_post, Add_a_file_to_your_post, Add_a_multimedia_file_to_your_post, add a photo album, Add_a_link_to_a_post
  
  

Depending on the post Editor you have chosen by default in Properties on heading Posts, the wrapping bar will change. The wrapping bar may also change depending on the OS you are using (PC or MAC) and on the internet browser you are using. If you don't see all the post editor options please check the compatibility of your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.) with the editor.

• Publishing options: you have The_different_publication_formats_draft_immediate_programmed to save your post: as a draft, immediately or setting the publication time in the past or in the future.
• Publication format: you have 2 publication formats: you can ask your editor to convert line breaks, or not. This setting can be changed in Properties in the heading Posts.
• Tags: a tag is a keyword offering you a new way of categorizing your posts on your blog (upon different general categories). Tags also allow you to publish your post on blogSpirit's homepage to share it with all the other bloggers having the same interests. Tags help your placing too. You may Define_a_post_with_one_or_more_tags as you like.
• Advanced settings: many other options allow you to choose if you want to authorize comments and trackbacks to your posts. Your posts will be published by default with the publication options you set in the section Properties in the heading Posts.

The Save button allows you to publish or save your post, depending on the settings you have decided.
