Just got my life inked. The tattoo is placed at the right side of my back. It’s a Koi fish which means love and affection. It is also a symbol of love and friendship in Japan . It is closely related to goldfish where in fact its style of breeding and ornamentation has become very similar. Actually, the Koi and tattoos of Koi are traditionally considered as lucky. The word koi comes from Japanese which simply means “carp” that also includes the dull grey fish and the brightly colored varieties.

11,000-year-old painting surprisingly modernist in styleDAMASCUS -- French archeologists have discovered an 11,000-year-old wall painting underground in northern Syria that they believe is the oldest in the world.The two square-metre painting, in red, black and white, was found at the neolithic settlement of Djade al-Mughara on the Euphrates, northeast of the city of Aleppo, team leader Eric Coqueugniot told Reuters."It looks like a modernist painting. Some of those who saw it have likened it to work by (Paul) Klee. Through carbon dating we established it is from around 9,000 BC," Coqueugniot said.Mustafa Ali, a leading Syrian artist, said similar geometric design to that in the Djade al-Mughara painting found its way into art throughout the Levant and Persia, and can even be seen in carpets and kilims (rugs)."We must not lose sight that the painting is archeological, but in a way it's also modern," he said.France is an important contributor to excavation efforts in Syria, where 120 teams are at work.

விண்டோஸ் இயங்கு தளத்தில் இருக்கும் வலைகலை மென்பொருள் பெயின்ட். இதில் மற்ற வரைகலை மென்பொருட்கள் மாதிரி லேயர், ஷேடோ எல்லாம் செய்ய முடியாது. படத்தை பெரிதாக ட்ரான்ஸ்பார்மேஷன் எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது. ஆனால் ஒரு சாதாரண பிரஷ் கொண்டு காகிதத்தில் என்னென்ன செய்ய முடியுமோ அதையெல்லாம் பெயின்ட் கொண்டு கணினியில் செய்ய முடியும். ஷேடோ வேண்டுமென்றால் கூட தானாகவே வருவதற்கு மாறாக நாம் வரைந்தாக வேண்டும். எளிமையான, பயனுள்ள மென்பொருள்.சில அடிப்படைக் குறிப்புகள்.துவக்கம்:image சுட்டியில் Attributes தேர்வு செய்தால் படத்தின் அளவை தீர்மானிக்கும் பெட்டி தோன்றும். அதில் அகல நீளங்களை தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.பிரஷ், பென்சில், நேர்கோடு, வளைகோடு, அடிப்படை உருவங்கள் போன்றவை கொண்டு வரையலாம். ஸ்பிரேயரும் இருக்கிறது.பிரஷ் அளவு தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளலாம். சாய்கோட்டுப் படத்தின்மீது கிளிக் செய்தால் கோடுகளின் கனம் (Thickness) மாற்றம் செய்வதற்கான ஆப்ஷன் கிடைக்கும். இதை மாற்றினால் அது நேர்கோடு, வளைகோடு, வட்டம், சதுரம் போன்ற வடிவங்கள் வரையும் போதும் அதே கனத்தில் தான் வரையும்.எழுத்துக்களை எழுதும்போது அது தனி வெள்ளைத் திரை பின்னணி அல்லது ஏற்கனவே இருக்கும் பின்னணி (transparent) என்று தேவையான ஆப்ஷன் தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளலாம். தமிழ் எழுத்துக்கள் தேவை என்றால் அதற்கான பெட்டியில் எழுத்துரு தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.தேவையான வண்ணத்தை கிளிக் செய்து பெறலாம். இன்னும் வித்தியாசமான வண்ணம் தேவை எனில் வண்ணத்தின்மீது இரட்டை கிளிக் செய்தால் வண்ணப் பெட்டி புதிதாக தோன்றும். அதில் define custom colors கிளிக் செய்தால் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான வண்ணமாறுபாடுகளை தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.குறிப்பிட்ட பகுதியை வெட்டி இன்னொரு இடத்தில் ஒட்டலாம். அதற்கான தேர்வில் வரைதேர்வு, செவ்வக தேர்வு இருக்கிறது. இதிலும் பின்னணி வெள்ளை அல்லது transparent தேர்வு செய்யலாம்.அழிப்பான், குறிப்பிட்ட பகுதி முழுவதற்கும் ஒரே சொடுக்கில் வண்ணம் தீட்டுதல், குறிப்பிட்ட வண்ணம் தேர்வு செய்தல் என்பனவற்றுக்கு சுட்டிகள்இன்னும் படங்களை சுழற்ற, வேறொரு படத்தை கொண்டுவந்து இணைக்க, கறுப்பு வெள்ளையில் விதவிதமாக வரைய என்று பல ஆப்ஷன்கள் உண்டு.கணினியில் மைக்ரோசாப்ட் பெயிண்ட் கொண்டு படம் வரைந்து இந்த போட்டியில் கலந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.
